Dr. Arnaldo Gonzalez

Principal Dentist

Dr. Arnaldo  Gonzalez was born and raised in Lima, Peru, achieving his degree as a general dentist in 2000 from San Martin  of Porres University. After opening his private practice  and establishing himself, he decided to move to the U.S. and pursue  his career.

He received his California dental license in 2004. Once licensed he became an associate dentist and continued to master and gain experience as he prepared to open up his own private practice in Simi Valley. He then continued his education at UCLA mastering his cosmetic & restorative techniques as well in Spain for dental implant surgery.  Dr. Gonzalez is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Santa Barbara Ventura County Dental Society. Dr Gonzalez has completed many dental programs such as: Aesthetic Continuum, Endodontic continuum, Smile Design, Direct Bonding, Advanced Occlusion, Periodontal Surgery, Implant Residencies.

He continues to educate himself and enjoys learning new techniques and providing his patients with the latest in technology.  He also serves his community by donating his time for charity work.  Aside from dentistry, Dr. Gonzalez enjoys quality time with his family especially his nephews and nieces. He is very family oriented and loves any outdoor activity, such as, hiking, bike riding and long board cruising.  He is an avid healthy eater and enjoys working out.

Rochelle Duffau

Dental Assistant

Rochelle is our Dental assistant she has over 5 years of experience, she is responsible in preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting with dental procedures, she plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients, while supporting the overall function of the dental practice.

Her father and uncle own their own dental labs, she’s been around the dental field since she was little, she enjoys making patients feel beautiful with their smiles. A little something about her is she has a 2-year-old daughter, and she loves hot yoga.

Ashly Alvarado

Insurance Coordinator

Ashly has over 5 years of experience managing patient’s insurance claims and coverage, including verifying insurance eligibility, submitting claims, and coordinating benefits.

She loves working in the dental field, seeing the smiles of our patients when they get that confidence back is very special for her. She is a Dog lover.

Liliana Rodriguez

Dental Treatment Coordinator

Over 20 years of experience in Dental Assisting, Lili is our treatment coordinator, she is in charge to work with our patients in going over your treatment and needs, she will handle financial arrangements, including payment options and insurance coverage with patients. She is also the Team Leader of Gonzalez Dental Group; she manages the dental team to ensure smooth operations within the dental practice.

Lili is originally from Colombia and is also bilingual. She is always lending a helping hand with a smile on her face. She enjoys spending time with all her nephews and nieces, loves going to the beach but really enjoys hiking in the mountains.
